When should I call Hercules Moving & Storage?
Our regular business hours are from 9AM to 7PM Mondday through Friday,
Saturday 10AM to 3PM Pacific Standard Time, We recommend that you
go to our on line estimate feature which is available 24/7, and fill
out your information. Otherwise leave a message, and your sales representative
will contact you in a timely manner.
What are my responsibilities?
Be present during the packing of your belongings.
Take personal responsibility for jewelry and all other high value
items.
Check and sign the inventory of your belongings.
Ensure that No prohibited items are packed.
So what can or can't I take with me?
Dispose of All flammable items, liquids, matches, lighters, solvents,
paint, camping gas , corrosive chemicals , food, animals, extremely
fragile items and others that should not be shipped. Anything that
can deteriorate should not be shipped. If you have a question about
an item you´re not sure about moving, just call and ask.
What about my car?
Our moving company does not transport cars as part of a regular local
or long distance moves. However, we do recommend a very serious company,
which specializes in this topic and has very satisfactorily helped
our customers with their cars.
How am I covered in case of damage?
Your belongings are covered by valuation. On local and interstate
shipments in our out of, California Moving Companies gives you Mandatory
valuation coverage of 60 cents per pound per article at no cost. You
may chose to purchase more valuation coverage by declaring full replacement
valuation for your goods. You are charged a premium on the declared
amount. The premiums vary with your type of move.
